Intelligent Salesman (hereby called ISM) is a paid B2B cloud and mobile app, meant for tracking the location and activities of field staff, giving them in-field support to meet their objectives (sales targets, business recovery etc), and provide workflow automation to make manual tasks easy (Expense & Leave management etc).The product helps companies plan better and execute their Sales activities more efficiently

Sales of ISM happen directly with the company owners. The mobile app is installed, usually, on company provided assets, and meant to ensure productivity of the field staff, and enable them to meet their sales targets. Once the contract is signed with our clients, we coordinate with them offline for completing the setups, providing training etc. Users can login with the same id & password, from the cloud as well (eg through their laptops, desktops).

ISM is owned and operated by Datascience Technologies (Private) Limited (herein called DST). IntelligentSalesman is committed to protect the privacy of information that we collect from and about our website visitors. On our Cloud Application

Once we receive your Customer Order or “Request for Trial”, we’ll contact you for additional information needed for the setup, such as: Names and contact details of Sales-reps, Your Company and Billing information such as Company Name, Address, Size, Revenue, Tax Id, Profit etc.

On our Mobile App

Geo-Location Information:

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Mobile Device Access:

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s battery, calendar, camera, contacts, GPS, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, storage and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Mobile Device Data:

Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.

Push Notifications:

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

However, information transport over internet is inherently vulnerable from security attacks that are beyond our control. Therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over internet.

We encrypt sensitive information like passwords before storing them in our database. However, it is your responsibility not to share passwords with unauthorized parties.

We may use your user-id, passwords and any other credentials in our Application to integrate with our service providers. We will secure information transmission in such integrations by using technologies like SSL. However, we cannot guarantee security of data while transmitting outside our servers and our service providers’ privacy policy will govern data protection when it is stored in their applications.
