Forecasting (supported through complex mathematical models) drives collaboration

Forecasting was always a difficult topic. Through ISM we could identify which industry/client/geography to avoid (or slow down) by season. For example, a hotel chain in Delhi was increasing their order by 42% (in May-June), but the Receivables got extended by atleast 2 months. This stretched our working capital to the limits. ISM was able to identify such patterns, and that helped us lower forecast for that chain for May-June.
